California Management Company (CARE) is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Statement of Privacy applies to the CARE Intranet site and governs data collection and usage. By using the Intranet site, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

CARE’s Intranet site collects and uses your personal information to operate the Intranet site and deliver the services you have requested. In particular, CARE will collect your personal information in considering your application for employment with California Real Estate.

We maintain records of individuals who contact CARE so that we may provide services. Data from these records may also be used by CARE in processing your application. In that regard, CARE may share data with trusted partners to help us process your application, such us background and credit checks. CARE keeps track of the Web sites and pages our customers visit within CARE, in order to determine what CARE services are the most popular.
