Affordable Low Income Family Housing

At CARE, we firmly believe in assisting families in need of affordable housing. In fact, CARE’s Founder and President, James S. Morley helped develop San Jose’s first affordable housing community in 1967. For thirty-seven years, CARE has been committed to providing beautifully built and well-maintained apartment rentals for families in need of affordable housing. Our rental rates for each apartment type are based upon the federal median income guidelines and availability is based on ‘first qualified, first offered’ basis.
