California Real Estate Management (CARE) is a property management company based in San Jose, California. We have proudly provided families in the San Jose and greater Bay Area with market rate and affordable apartment communities, and SRO (Single Room Occupancy) units for 52 years.
An AMO (Accredited Management Organization) since 1974, we maintain our apartment communities the properties we manage to the highest standard.
Our History
California Real Estate Management (CARE) has played a vital role in serving the San Jose and greater Bay Area housing industry since 1972.
Founder and President, James S. Morley, began his career in San Jose’s housing industry when he helped to develop the area’s first affordable apartment housing project in 1967. Now CARE has fifteen affordable apartment communities in the San Jose area.
CARE builds our apartment communities on a foundation of teamwork. From employees to vendors, residents, we treat our team with respect and give each party the education, tools and resources they need to succeed. This results in communities that are healthy, friendly and peaceful.
This foundation of teamwork earned CARE the honor of being designated an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) in 1974. The Institute of Real Estate Management grants the AMO status only to a select group of property management companies who consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, fiscal stability and a commitment to education.
Though we pride ourselves on the industry accolades we achieve, it is our long-term relationships with residents and vendors that we value most. As we continue to grow, we strive to maintain our legacy of professionalism and outstanding service to the Bay Area housing industry.
